MY SIXFORM BALL 2013

 

So it was my sixform ball last Tuesday and everyone was in their 'suit and tie'. I had a nightmare finding my dress as I left it until pretty much the week before to get one. I found mine on ASOS after days searching; it was just a simple strapless lace cream dress. Quite basic for me but I wanted something really elegant and pretty. Obviously I had to grunge it up with a studded black belt and heels as I couldn't have an entirely cute outfit! It was such a good night, much better than I anticipated. However the end of the night was a bit of a mess and I only got 2 hours sleep before school the next day, nevertheless still a brilliant night. It's wierd to think I probably won't ever see the year above again...

So a couple weeks back after my exams in the holiday, I went shopping a few times and these are all my purchases! They're mostly from Topshop, River Island, Primark and New Look. The one purchase which I was so pleased with was the midi black skirt as I was searching for one all day, and by the off chance of walking past the teenage section in New Look, I found one! I saw that it was age 9 but I tried it on anyway and it actually fit which is pretty ridiculous (it is very stretchy though). I really like some of River Island's jewelry at the moment too, it is really pretty and so so cheap!

This is just a mini haul from Primark - I did buy many other things on my shopping trips, which will all be shown in the next post! I really wanted to go to Primark and pick up some bargains, but I didn't buy as much as I hoped. There were a lot of clothes I wanted but they were all bigger sizes which definitely wouldn't fit me. I hate it when that happens! I was really pleases with the bikini as I think the floral print and colours are gorgeous, and will be perfect for my August Holiday in Mallorca with my friend! I also love the floral headband as I have seen so many bloggers like 'She wears Fashion' and 'Alright Blondie' wear similar ones and they look gorgeous!.. so I was really pleased with this bargain head piece!
